Admission Procedure

Application for admission to Nursery on the prescribed form will normally be issued and collected back in the month of December. Admission to Nursery is automatic on the basis of first come first serve and for other classes admission forms and test will be conducted in the month of March. Admission to desired class will depend on seat availability apart from the performance in the admission test.
At the time of admission the parents must submit to the school office a declaration in writing stating the child’s exact date of birth and it must be supported by an authenticated extract from the Register of Births [Corporation/Municipality/Gram Panchayat] showing the date of birth, Christian children are required to produce their baptismal certificate at the time admission.
A student who has attended any recognized school can be admitted with a transfer Certificate from the school last attended. If a pupil comes from outside the state of West Bengal, the transfer certificate must be countersigned by the Inspector of schools of the state from which the student comes.
